Walthurst Farmhouse is a Grade II Listed detached Cottage which is believed to date back to the C17th, located in West Sussex.

RNA obtained Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for a subservient and sympathetic, two-storey extension to the rear which will create a much-needed dining room at ground floor level and additional bedroom and new family bathroom at first floor level.

The form of the additions sits comfortably alongside the existing building, with a lower ridge line to the original cottage and to match the C21st extension forming an ‘M’ roof which retains the overall form and layout of the building.

RNA then prepared the Construction Package and undertook the Tender process for the Works. The project is now in the Construction phase.
