83A High Street
The is a C20th detached building located on the high street in West Sussex within a Conservation Area. RNA achieved Change of Use of the ground floor of the property from Class B1 Offices to Sui Generis. The project included some minor external alterations and internal alterations a refurbishment to form a youth day centre at ground floor level and a separate residential flat at first floor level, and upgrades to the building to comply with current Building Regulation Standards.
RNA prepared RIBA Work Stage 4 constructional detail package for the project and acted at Contract Administrator during Work Stage 5 on site construction.
