The property is a ground floor flat within a row of terraced houses located in South London. The proposal was to remove the existing modern conservatory extension and replace with a brick single storey rear extension and to create a bay window off of the existing living room, using brickwork and modern glazing the additions are proposed to be a modern addition in keeping with the materiality and colours of the existing.
RNA achieved Planning Permission for the proposal in 2021 and prepared the RIBA Work sage 4 Constructional detail package for the project.
