Ryely Cottage is semi-detached property in a West Sussex village with elements of the building described as late C16th or early C17th. The property is Listed Grade II, in a joint Listing with the adjoining cottage.
Planning and Listed Building Consent has been achieved for internal alterations and repairs at ground and first floor level and rectification of many modern interventions. The project includes conversion of the existing garage to form a new kitchen and entrance hall, with external alterations to the existing C20th garage outshot to form a new main entrance to the property. RNA have prepared the RIBA Work Stage 4 Construction Package, Tendered the Works, and acted as Contract Administrator for the first phase of the Works.
The first phase of the project is complete, with internal alterations completed at first floor level.
